With our Call Care service, you always have direct access to medical advice, support and hands-on care, as appropriate, at any time of the day or night.

Any time of day, weekends and holidays, just call 832-408-7999 and we’ll get you the assistance you need. An administrator answers your call and contacts your case manager within minutes. Your case manager, who has access to your files and the expertise to answer your questions and contact your physician if needed, will reach out to you within 30 minutes.
