Individual will be required to assist with Activities Daily Living activities such as: bathing, dressing, feeding, preparing meals, transfers, and vitals.

Qualifications: *Hospice or home health experience is preferable.*High School Graduate or equivalent GED*Current State of Texas license or permit to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant(CNA)*Demonstrates excellent observation skills, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills*Ability to be dependable, work weekends, work holidays and be flexible*Must have reliable automobile, valid driver’s license, and the minimum state required liability auto insurance*Must be able to be on call in rotation Job Type: Full-time
